Who can log in?

Only invited contacts can log in. If you received an invitation email, you can sign in here.

Which email address should I use?

Use the same email address where you received your invitation.

What if I haven’t set a password yet?

You should first use the Set Password link sent in your invitation email. Once you’ve created your password, return here to log in at any time.

It’s a single-use, short-lived link (typically under 1–2 hours). If it expires, you’ll need a fresh one.

Click ‘Reset password’ in the form. You’ll be directed to the /set-password/ page to set a fresh password.

What happens after I log in?

You’ll be taken directly to your Member Dashboard, where you can view points, rewards, and updates.

The page is blank after I log in.

Is this programme open to everyone?

No—LA Micro Rewards is by invitation only. If you think you should have access, speak with your LA Micro Group account manager.

Why might my password be rejected?

If the password doesn’t meet policy, the auth service will return a weak_password error—choose a stronger one and try again.
