LA Micro Rewards Programme
Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the LA Micro Rewards Programme (“Programme”), offered by LA Micro Group UK Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Programme, you (“you”, “your”, “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLMENT
1.1 Participation is open to all active customer companies of LA Micro Group UK Ltd (“Customers”).
1.2 Each Customer must have a nominated Primary Contact submitted by their assigned LA Micro Sales Representative.
1.3 Upon accepting the invitation and completing the enrolment form, the nominated contact is granted access to the Member Dashboard.
1.4 Points begin accruing from the date the enrolment form is submitted. Points are not applied retroactively.
1.5 Only one Primary Contact per Customer company may hold active portal access at any time.
1.6 If a replacement is needed, this can be arranged through your Sales Representative.
2. EARNING POINTS
2.1 Points are earned on qualifying transactions after enrolment is completed.
2.2 Points are calculated based on transaction value, item category, and earning multipliers.
2.3 The following may be excluded from point earning:
- Promotional or heavily discounted items
- Vendor-funded or externally subsidised items
- Certain bundled or special offer items
2.4 Bonus points may be awarded for engagement activities such as completing surveys, referrals, or case studies.
3. POINTS VALIDITY AND EXPIRY
3.1 Points remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
3.2 Expiry reminders will be sent 30 days in advance.
3.3 Expired points are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS
4.1 Two membership tiers are available:
- Member: Default upon successful enrolment
- Advanced: Earned upon accumulating 500,000 points in a 12-month rolling period
4.2 Tiers are based on accumulated points earned after enrolment.
4.3 Tier status is reviewed and updated automatically on a rolling basis.
4.4 Members who do not maintain Advanced status will revert to Member status without penalty.
4.5 Members seeking a manual upgrade may contact their Sales Representative. SLT may consider tier exceptions under exceptional circumstances.
5. ENROLMENT FORM & PERSONALISATION
5.1 Upon accepting the invitation, the Primary Contact must complete a self-qualification and personalisation form.
5.2 The form may request information about reward preferences (e.g. tech, experiences, sustainability).
5.3 Optional data fields are not required for participation and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. REWARD CATALOGUE AND REDEMPTION
6.1 Rewards include gadgets, electronics, lifestyle products, branded merchandise, gift cards, charitable donations, and more.
6.2 Reward visibility is tier-gated. Advanced members may access additional or higher-value items.
6.3 Rewards are fulfilled either:
- By LA Micro’s internal team (in-house fulfilment)
- Via approved third-party partners (e.g. digital or global gift cards)
6.4 High-value or restricted rewards may require additional verification.
6.5 LA Micro may substitute unavailable items with an equivalent or better alternative.
6.6 Redemption requests are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
7. SUSPENSION AND INACTIVITY
7.1 Accounts with no logins or redemptions for over 6 months may be flagged for review.
7.2 A re-engagement notice (“win-back offer”) will be issued prior to any suspension.
7.3 Points will continue to expire during any period of account inactivity.
7.4 LA Micro reserves the right to suspend inactive accounts.
8. NOMINATED CONTACT ACCESS & SECURITY
8.1 Only the nominated Primary Contact may access the Member Dashboard and redeem rewards.
8.2 Customers must ensure this user is accurate and updated via their Sales Representative.
8.3 Sharing login credentials or impersonating another user is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.
8.4 If the Primary Contact leaves the company or becomes inappropriate, access will be revoked, and a replacement must be submitted.
9. REWARD TAX AND COMPLIANCE
9.1 It is the responsibility of each participating company and contact to comply with:
- Internal company policies on gift acceptance
- Local/national tax regulations on non-cash benefits
9.2 LA Micro may request written confirmation or senior authorisation for redemptions involving public sector clients or PLCs.
9.3 LA Micro does not offer tax advice; members are encouraged to consult their finance or compliance teams.
10. PROGRAMME CHANGES
10.1 LA Micro may modify the structure, tiers, rewards, or terms of the Programme.
10.2 Material changes will be communicated via email and the Member Dashboard.
10.3 Continued participation following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
11.1 LA Micro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member account due to:
- Fraud or attempted abuse
- Breach of these Terms
- Ineligibility or loss of commercial relationship
11.2 Upon termination, all unused points are forfeited.
11.3 Members may request voluntary withdrawal by contacting their Sales Rep or emailing: members@lamicro.co.uk
11.4 Redemption requests pending at the time of termination may be cancelled without compensation.
12. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
12.1 LA Micro processes data in accordance with UK GDPR.
12.2 Participation implies consent to process contact and company data for administration of the programme.
